We create dynamic learning environments. Interactive and thought-provoking, our training sessions are carefully developed and based on assessment of your organizational needs. As training unfolds, however, the iterative nature of organic learning takes over. It challenges us to meet participants where they really are ~ supplying critical information, alternative frameworks, and insightful cases. We work with our participants to accomplish the goals in a host of ways, at times creating on-the-spot lessons and examples to foster learning. This TaylorTrain trait earned us the ‘turn-on-a-dime’ designation some twenty years ago. Since then we’ve learned that many clients prize this aspect of our classes and it has become a differentiator for us. If what we’ve planned is not working, we quickly re-group to meet our target another way. The ‘alternative routes’ of one session may become the ‘Best Practices’ of another. It’s all a part of our penchant for excellence and determination to produce it for our clients.

With Charter Certification in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, we have assessed and debriefed thousands of individuals –in private and corporate settings. Since 2002 we have gathered data and provided feedback to hundreds of satisfied users with the EDGE 360 for Leaders. Utilizing the Results Accelerator™ since 2004, we go deep with our knowledge of Results System™ tools and continue to add cutting edge new ones.
