We create dynamic learning environments. Interactive and thought-provoking, our training  sessions are carefully developed and based on assessment of your organizational needs. As training unfolds, however, the iterative nature of organic learning takes over. It challenges us to meet participants where they really are ~ supplying critical information, alternative frameworks, and insightful cases. We work with our participants to accomplish the goals in a host of ways, at times creating on-the-spot lessons and examples to foster learning. This TaylorTrain trait earned us the ‘turn-on-a-dime’ designation some twenty years ago. Since then we’ve learned that many clients prize this aspect of our classes and it has become a differentiator for us. If what we’ve planned is not working, we quickly re-group to meet our target another way. The ‘alternative routes’ of one session may become the ‘Best Practices’ of another.
